Ohio County Sheriff ~ Concealed Weapon Permit

Concealed pistol and/or revolver permits are available to residents of Ohio County through our Office. Any person applying for a permit must meet the qualifications as established by the State of West Virginia.

Completed applications can be brought to the Sheriff's Office. They must be submitted in person and you must bring your West Virginia issued Drivers License or ID card. Applications will be accepted Monday - Friday 8:00 am till 4:00 pm Except from noon till 1:00pm
